Weilding Gratitude

Good afternoon!

I just wanted to say I was thinking about you, and wanted to write a quick hello.  I’ve been thinking a lot about gratitude, and the fruit that this condition produces.  Gratitude not only adds color to our lives, but it can be wielded like a sword to contend for joy.  Gratitude produces joy.  Today, I wanted to extend an invitation to cultivate an inner joy that comes from being grateful.  What better way to do this than to dive into the Gratitude Journal?    With November just around the corner, we can hop into the month that is typically focused on thanksgiving with this!
