Burn the Bird Workout

So I’m a tad late posting this, because when I have company, my computer and phone and tablet get stashed and buried into a closet in the evenings.

My sis, bro-in-law, and I did this amazingly tough yet simple workout on Black Friday.  Because I’d rather run 4 miles in the cold and do 500 repetitions of anything before going shopping. 😉  We’ve dubbed it “burn the bird.”   

Give a whirl, and modify where need be.

  1. One mile run
  2. 100 pull-ups (my sis and I did rows w/ dumbbells)
  3. One mile run
  4. 100 pushups
  5. One mile run
  6. 100 situps
  7. One mile run
  8. 100 squats

And that’s it.  And then stretch of course. :)  Enjoy!
