I received a juicer for my bday! No more cheesecloth and blenders…although if you’re juicerless and craving a juice, that does work pretty well.
Last week, I went to the grocery store, and loaded up my cart with veggies and a bit of fruit. My kitchen has been pumping out juices like I’m running a full on juice lab. Amidst the trials, I have some winners that I’ll post.
Here’s my favorite so far. I call it a liquid salad. It consists of only veggies, and it’s super easy. I love having the option to not have to pack many big ol’ salads in my cooler for the day. Instead of one salad, I sip on the juice, add some protein, like a grilled chicken breast, and it’s a simple yet nutritious meal. I have even made it in my blender prior to owning this juicer. Dang good, it is!
If you have favorite juicing recipes, give me a holler and share! I’d love to try as many as possible!
