If you are looking for a simple, full body workout, you’re in the right place! I have a couple simple videos (with a smoking hot model) showing you the moves.
Do each move 15-20 times. Do the circuit 5 times, and go hard.
move 1: chest presses. (No straps? Do push-ups instead)
move 2: rows- straight leg or bridge. (No straps? Grab weights or a big rock to row)
move 3: kickdowns
move 4: sprint (about 400 m)
Repeat 5 times!
**don’t forget to warm up and cool down
