It’s Tabata Tuesday!!

Here’s the deal. You want to do these workouts if you have only a little time, but you want a lot of bang for your minutes, because it is a fat blaster, calorie burner, and it’s a GREAt way to get in shape fast. (I didn’t say it’s the only way!) I do these once a week in my backyard. In and out baby.

You must go as hard as you can for every set. That’s how you’ll get a good workout. I try to keep track of how many of the moves I can do, then try to maintain that number as I eek out 8 sets.

Tabata drills consist of 4 power moves. Moves that will use the whole body. For 20 seconds, you go all out doing a move, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat that 8 times. Then fully recover, and finish 3 more sets of moves.

Here’s a Tabata card you can pull up on your phone, print off, or pin on a board for quick access. I prop up my card, and start the timer! Thanks to Katy, my sis, for designing this card!

Pin it, print it, do it!

Let me know how it goes!
